We are open 10-5pm today and all day everyday at shopteot.com. Out of the mad marketing dash that is this weekend, this is certainly my fav bc the cause is near and dear and I prefer the concept of meaningful consumerism to mass consumerism. This is the day to navigate away from Amazon.com and go outside and shop with purpose and intent. Shopping small more directly affects a number of people in a positive manner in your specific community or the community where you shop... from shopkeepers(like us,) to the makers whose products they carry (e.g. @ficklepottery @buggytowncoffee, etc), and the nearby businesses they call on for special events (looking at you @reverie_cocktails, @ccupscupcakery), to the post office employees they keep asking to come back for shipments (shoutout to Beth at USPS... ) Ooh, and the local media outlets where they spend ad dollars to reach you. (Hey @pinestrawmag and @itsthesway.) Personally, I hope you will support a small and growing business today whether that small biz is in your hood or online! ❤️
