It has been an interesting day here in our little courtyard. The fire department came by to exact a live training burn of the historic house next door. The house was snatched up to make way for a new mixed use style restaurant and retail spot much like the spot next door where our sweet shop lives. Its a time for change here in the Belvedere Courtyard. But hey, if you are looking for a new commercial opportunity in downtown SoPi, come see us.
