Community defined. Sarah enjoyed a lovely Pop-up dinner at Netherlands Farm last night, in good company with with Southern Whey, Reverie Cocktails, Leslie Brians and many new friends. The grilled octopus was killer and the rustic ambiance set the tone for a great local celebration.

Sarah came to LA from NC to eyeball some plants at Rolling Greens Nursery. They had an incredible selection of plants to love and we got to ask a few questions about the arrangement bar. We were happy to spot a few familiar faces in the planter section (that you can find at our shop in SoPi,) so we readied ourselves for a sassy mirror selfie.

Sarah's first word was flower. She grew up playing among the flora of her mother's greenhouse biz. She has long impressed me, calling out the names of the flowering trees and grasping vines that grow along the freeways of LA on her visits here. So when she tells me that a particular new house plant has her eye, I'm on it too. This is such a house plant. It's called the Prince of Orange Philodendron. It's has beautiful multi colored foliage that reminds us of a tequila sunrise! Come by the shop for a peek, and pick from one of our many vintage mcm planters to complete the look for your home.
